I didn’t think I was a morning person ( more of a night owl actually), until one day, my godmother started me on workouts in the am… and ever since that time I saw how many hours extra it seemed like i got during days. Surprisingly, working out in the morning doesn’t make you more tired. This actually results in increased energy levels that will last you through the entire day.
I would wake up and head to my workout, only surprised by the amount of energy I had available for work right after. I was more awake and less tired, I did not have to fetch that third (or fourth) cup of coffee.

4.1. Consistent workout routines
Working out during the morning will help you in getting into regular workout habits. Exercising first thing means there are fewer possibilities for other commitments or distractions to take precedence over your work out.
Personally, I found that whenever my workouts got planned in the evening there would always be some work meeting or social engagement that led to cancellations. It was much easier for me to get everything done when I switched it to the morning.

I had a problem to fall asleep before but when I began working out in the morning, my body adopted quickly and then all is falling into places: easy sleep,more energetic mornings etc.

The best thing about morning workouts is that the gym or outdoor space will be much less full than it would have at any other time of day. So you can either get in and out fast, or have a nice quite run where no one is getting in your way.

If outdoor workouts are your jam, mornings generally mean cooler temperatures (if you’re a summer morning exerciser). This will also make your workouts much more appealing and lessen the risk of heat related issues.
Its easier in the morning — I get very hot, so working out when its cool is much more pleasant for someone like me. And I always think it looks magical on a run or bike ride.
